In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase (for new season products and products on sale marked -30%), you have the option of returning your purchase for a full refund less the shipping charges from your original purchase.You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Sale items marked -50% cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please include the original order confirmation found in your parcel and send it back to us with the items you wish to return. It is up to you how you wish to return your items, either by your local postal service or by a courier of your preference. In the event that you use postal service, please make sure you retain the receipt as proof. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
As soon as we have received your return items we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method. It usually takes about 14 working days depending on your bank/card issuer.
Please Note:
Items returned must be in the exact original condition that were shipped to you. They must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, all tags must be in place and hygienic protective shields not removed from swimsuit bottoms. Merchandise which is NOT in new condition, and has been damaged, washed, mishandled, or is missing the tags will not be refunded and will be sent back to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse refund services to anyone who makes excessive returns.
Defective Merchandise:
If merchandise is defective, please notify us upon receipt at info@emmanuelaswimwear. Make sure you indicate your name and order number. We will replace the defective item if it is still in stock.Additional shipping fees will not be charged for replacement of defective merchandise. Please note that we thoroughly inspect all our merchandise before shipment. If it appears that merchandise returned has been tampered with, no replacement or refund will be issued.
